The “EL-Citizen” app is an initiative of ELCITA Authority, Bangalore to engage the Citizens in effective governance of Electronic City Region and contribute to Improved Quality of Life.

A channel of communication between the Authority & Citizenry, the platform seeks to promote Participative Urban Governance through timely, transparent, effective and efficient Service Delivery and Situational Awareness through Data -Smartness, leveraging existing infrastructure towards a SMART CAMPUS thus enriching the overall Experience for the stakeholders (Citizens, Enterprises & Administration).
